Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy.  Please email us and we will send you a return label. After the items is received, we will refund you the full amount minus the shipping.

 

"For our Oregon customers, we provide exchanges for different sizes. A full refund is also available for returns, provided the dress is placed in the green box in driveway at warehouse location."

 

We do not accept returns, however, if your product is lost in transit, or arrived damaged due to logistic issues, you can feel free to send us an email with pictures within 3 days of receiving the package and we will send you a new one for free!


We do not hold any responsibility if the product is damaged or reported as damaged after 30 days of delivery. 

 

If the product is damaged or has any factory defects, send us an email with proof of it so we can proceed right away to verify and make valid our 30-day refund policy.
